The moderates say they have no choice but to play because "third parties always split the vote." If we had RCV, there would be no risk of voting for who you ACTUALLY like first while ensuring that if herding persists, your 2nd choice gets your support.

There are a lot of big accounts I like to reply to and RT w/ comment for benefit of my bros. It's not important to me whether the original account sees my comments.
Question: How hard to create a bot that re-toots twit accounts?
